汉高HYSOL紫外线固化胶水UV9060 TDS资料

今天在论坛有位网友在咨询汉高HYSOLuv9060固化的时间问题,请参看原帖:http://www.r4e.cn/bbs/thread-13016-1-1.html。我下载了这份TDS资料看了看,另外就这位朋友的提问又再次学习了一下关于UV胶固化能量的知识,之前也总结过一篇类似的文章《关于UV胶固化能量的要求(紫外线强度单位)》。不过这个产品以前也没有见过,一般汉高的UV胶水都是在loctite的品牌之下的,而在HYSOL品牌下的比较少见,仔细查阅了TDS发现这款产品使用在电子封装领域的,里面提到的用途是:“Typical Package Application :Local protection of WLCSP and BGA on circuit board”,想到HYSOL的很多产品都是用在封装领域的,那么这款胶水由HYSOL推出也是理所当然的。另外此款胶水也可以湿气固化。 还有一点比较特殊的是此款UV胶需要冷藏储存,而以前的UV胶水一般常温下避光储存即可,估计此产品也有一些特殊之处!   下面贴出部分TDS资料,大家可以到文章末尾下载PDF文件,这款产品的应用点大家也可以一起研究一下!

UV9060 no flow, UV/moisture cure encapsulant is designed for local circuit board protection. This product is fluorescent when viewed with ultraviolet (black) light.

The above cure profiles are guideline recommendations. Cure conditions (time and temperature) may vary based on customers’ experience and their application requirements, as well as customer curing equipment, oven loading and actual oven temperatures.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1.  Use  cotton  gloves  to  handle  syringe.   Touching  the syringe with bare hands may induce thaw voids between the adhesive and inside walls of the syringe.

2.  Handle the syringes by the end or, if packaged in bags, by the corner.  A warm hand holding a cold syringe can sometimes cause formation of freeze/thaw voids.

3.  Complete cleaning of the substrates should be performed to remove contamination such as oxide layers, dust, moisture, salt and oils which can cause poor adhesion or corrosion in a bonded part.

4. Usable shelf life may vary depending on method of application and storage conditions.

THAWING:

1.  DO NOT open the container before contents reach 25°C temperature. Any moisture that collects on the warmed up container  should  be  removed  prior  to  opening  the container.

2.  Once    material has    reached room    temperature,    the adhesive should not be re-refrigerated.

3.  Voids can form in the syringes if syringes are repeatedly re-refrigerated.

4.  Typical thaw/warm-up times for different package sizes are shown below (products stored at -20ºC):

@ 25ºC, 10 cc syringes, minutes                               30 to 45

@ 25ºC, 30 cc syringes, minutes                               45 to 60

@ 25ºC, 55 cc syringes, hours                                  2

@ 25ºC, 6 ounce cartridges, hours                           3

5. For  optimal  performance,  a  consistent  dispense temperature is recommended. This will reduce the effects of a potential temperature change between storage place and cleaning room.

Storage

Store in original, tightly covered containers in clean, dry areas. Storage information may be indicated on the product container labeling.

Optimal Storage: 5 °C

Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use.  Do not return product to the original container.  Henkel Corporation cannot assume responsibility for product  which has been contaminated or stored under conditions other than those previously indicated.
