Kent Adhesive Products Company (Kapco) has announced that Larry Nitzsche has joined the business to improve and develop new manufacturing processes. Nitzsche comes with 34 years of experience as an engineer, research and design manager, and plant manager. He has 21 years in the flexible packaging industry as well as 13 years in the pressure sensitive adhesive industry.
Nitzsche joins Kapco as Engineering Manager to continue Kapco’s success providing quality products each and every time. He will also be working on manufacturing equipment upgrades. Nitzsche commented, “I’m very excited to be at Kapco, and I am looking forward to helping improve our processes and expand our production capabilities. Kapco has a great group of employees that continually impress me with the customer focus demonstrated throughout the organization.”
