FP4651 epoxy encapsulant features very low thermal expansion while retaining syringe dispense capabilities. Its low viscosity \u00a0and \u00a050 \u00a0micron \u00a0maximum \u00a0particle \u00a0size \u00a0gives \u00a0it improved handling properties over FP4650 for fine wire pitch and \u00a0cavity-fill \u00a0applications. It \u00a0is \u00a0based \u00a0on\u00a0\u00a0 FP4450 \u00a0resin chemistry, therefore exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability properties.<\/p>\n
