Surface cure is enhanced by exposure to UV light in the 220 to 260 nm range. This product is light sensitive; exposure to daylight, UV<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">light and artificial lighting should be kept to a minimum<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">during storage and handling.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2. The product should be dispensed from applicators with<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">black feedlines.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3. For best performance bond surfaces should be clean and<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">free from grease.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4. Cure rate is dependent on lamp intensity, distance from<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">light source, depth of cure needed or bondline gap and<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">light transmittance of the substrate through which the<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">radiation must pass.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">5. Cooling should be provided for temperature sensitive<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">substrates such as thermoplastics.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">6. Plastic grades should be checked for risk of stress<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">cracking when exposed to liquid adhesive.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">7. Excess uncured adhesive can be wiped away with organic<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">solvent (e.g. Acetone).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">8. Bonds should be allowed to cool before subjecting to any<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">service loads.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Loctite Material Specification<\/strong><strong>LMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">LMS dated July-3, 2003. Test reports for each batch are<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">available for the indicated properties. LMS test reports include<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">selected QC test parameters considered appropriate to<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">specifications for customer use. Additionally, comprehensive<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">controls are in place to assure product quality and<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">consistency. Special customer specification requirements may<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">be coordinated through Henkel Quality.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Store product in the unopened container in a dry location.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Storage information may be indicated on the product container<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">labeling.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Optimal Storage: 2 \u00b0C to 8 \u00b0C. Storage below 2 \u00b0C or<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>greater than 8 \u00b0C can adversely affect product properties.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Material removed from containers may be contaminated during<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">use. Do not return product to the original container.
